I am known as Refiner.  I chose the nickname in 1987 when I selected a stable name for a collection of model horse figures - Refiner of Gold Stables.  Over time, I developed a number of creative interests and have used the name Refiner of Gold Creations to cover everything from model horse accessories to web design. 

Beware of impersonators.  There are others on the internet who are using the nickname "Refiner" who are not me.  I am already widely known in a number of php-nuke and phpbb forums as Refiner, and my standard Red Butterfly Avatar is standard where forums allow.  I may be found on Facebook and on other social networking sites as well.  However, you will not find me on twitter and the "Refiner" on twitter is considered to be an imposter.
